Auto Accept Appraisal Assignments in AppraisalPort - open to bidding

I need a program for Appraisal Port that will auto accept the TSI appraisal orders as soon as they come up. The program must keep auto refresh a website and then capture and accept an appraisal order as soon as they appears, click on a pop-up box affirming that the individual accept the appraisal order, and then finally starting the process over again. Program must be very fast and be able to accept order faster than it can be done manually.
