I need an Umbraco Expert for building Custom Module

We would like to source content from the different content providers like webhose.io. Do do so imported the content from [login to view URL] into a staging table in umbraco. The custom module needs to show the data from that staging table and allow the content manager to review it. Once the content manager likes the data he can import the content into the main database.
