I've worked for several high-profile companies as you can see from my project history and reviews and I currently for part-time for a subtitling company called Screens International. My bid is per hour of translation AND transcribing, both are included. (i.e. transcribing one hour of audio and translating it)

If the audios are non technical, I can do both transcription and translation. Best rate for transcribing per audio hour: $5 Best rate per word for translation: I charge $1 per 100 words I am offering low rates because I am new in the platform, but I've done many jobs outside Freelancer. I can start today.
