Crypto Currency Trading bot SaaS Enterprise Cloud

Requirement: Create a cloud based crypto trading bot that can communicate with various wallets and exchanges to trade using best algorithms for crypto trading strategies. This is a SaaS solution where I will charge people a monthly subscription fee so account management and ability to charge for the subscription should be built in the web application. System should also have ability to charge % per transaction on top of the transaction confirmation fee. Super Admin should be able to configure this for all customers.
