We need someone to help us design TWO cartoon characters and do a SHORT COMPUTER ANIMATION (around 10 seconds). 1. The characters need to appeal to PRE-SCHOOL children (ages 2-5). 2. The first character is a male LION. He should have the colors the same as the cat in the attached photo Lion_Colors.png. 3. The second character is a female TIGER. She should have the same colors as the cat in the attached photo Tiger_Colors.png. 4. The characters MUST HAVE cute tufts of hair similar to Beakers. Please see attached image beaker_hair.png. 5. You can pick the music. It doesn't matter that much. The main point is the design of the characters and how you make them move. 6. Please show example of previous work (i.e. portfolio) when quoting. 7. Please quote how much for the two characters and how long it will take.
