I am in need of a highly proficient technical support team with experience in Android and WordPress applications. Key Responsibilities: - Live chat support: You will be handling user queries and complaints through live chat. The ability to reply promptly and offer effective solutions is critical. Android Application Support: - Treating UI issues: Users might face navigation or layout problems which affect the app's usability. - Correcting Functional issues: The app may not perform as expected, you will need to troubleshoot and fix such problems. - Improving Performance issues: Slow load times, crashing or freezing issues need to be resolved for enhanced user experience. WordPress Support: - You'll be assisting in the WordPress estate, ensuring the website runs smoothly. Your role will focus on maintaining the website functionality at peak performance. Ideal Skills and Experience: Applicants should have prior experience in Android, WP troubleshooting, and customer service. Proficiency with WordPress and understanding of Android UI, functionality, and performance aspects are critical. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment are also required. Location: Remote I am looking to build a dedicated outsourced support team to cover WordPress, Android, and a bespoke CMS for our organization. We are committed to providing exceptional customer support and maintaining our digital assets to the highest standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide customer support for Android users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and issues. Manage our WordPress estate, including updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Handle general administrative duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. Receive full training in our bespoke CMS to effectively support its use within the organization. Ideal Candidates: Must have business-level English proficiency. Motivated individuals with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Willing to work in shifts to cover 16x7x365 support. The team are required, with two working full-time shifts (8 hours, 5 days per week) and the reactive support covering the remaining two days for customer support calls. Capable of answering support calls in under 1 minute, providing technically competent assistance. Able to work independently and show initiative in problem-solving. Will receive full training in our systems and processes. Responsible for managing the team, succession planning, and ensuring staff availability during shifts. How It Works: Support calls are to be answered promptly, and staff will be technically competent to handle queries efficiently.
