Statistics + R: need help in Linear regression by hand

Hello, I am Masud Rana currently pursuing a PhD in Bioinformatics at CAS, Beijing. I completed bachelor's and master’s degrees in Statistics. Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, I am staying home and planning to work as a freelancer. Although I am new here but having 10+ years of experience in the area of statistical and machine learning algorithms and models.
