(I don't guarantee if it will 100% work.) - Your code should compatible with opencv 2.49, vs2012 express, and vs2010. - Input examples: [login to view URL]!AuilPeDpI56Y9xPShWx_RJFx-G5p. - Speed: Can process in realtime using only 1 core of Intel Core i5 1.5 Ghz. (Processing time less than video length.) - Please submit your work on my PC. (VMWARE, VS2012 Express. I will give you a teamviewer id.) When testing, I will test your exe file, see the result, recompile your code, compile again in another PC using vs2010 and opencv 2.49.
