You will not require MS Office installed, the application will not require installation, the interface can be customized in any way. Managing vehicles, drivers and routes is simple (add new, update existing, search records, view record). We can even add a tracking option to routes for example to see how that specific route has changed in time (for example, route 1 goes from A to B, passing through street 1, street 2 and street 3; the route can change at a later time and it will be passing through street 1, street 2 and street 4). For the clients, we can add the following rule: if the client is an individual then 1 client = 1 passenger, but if the client is a company, then 1 client = many passengers.
