Responsive Restaurant ordering web application

Hi, I am reposting this project, because I have updated the documentation of the requirements: I need a web-based software application that manages orders from customers. It needs to have basically only three screens: one for the customer/waiter (this is the same screen for both, except two buttons) and two for the kitchen (order overview and order detail). You need to work on a specific Database model, for which I will provide the DDL. Requirements: 1. The screens must be customizable (probably via css) and in responsive design, so to fit on tablets and smartphones. 2. All texts must be defined in a config-file as well. 3. All data will have to be pulled out of a database. (The DDL of it will be provided when I will have assigned the project). My technology-preference would be Python/Django, but this is only a nice-to-have. All the above requirements are better detailed within the attached web-archive.
