OBS studio - automatically start and record

I am looking for the following: Script #1 1. Start OBS Studio screen recording if a user is logged in and having a session. 2. Stop recording if no user is logged in and having a session. 3. Have recording software working in background not in the taskbar, in a window but minimized in the notification area of taskbar. 4. Save recording in a folder of choice, AND uploaded to a free cloud storage ( maybe onedrive or some other clouds - please advise and help set that up) 5. Have the folder video saved in be password protected with a password that isnt the windows password. ***Perhaps windows task scheduler can accomplish most of this*** Script#2 1. A script to monitor script #1, if script #1 stops functioning to start it up again. 2. Have script #2 auto-start at windows start up. Please make sure any script that it developed is pretty straight forward and without any files from any libraries in code submission, this is for security purposes of our virtual machines!!! I will download OBS studio from the OBS studio's website directly. I will need instructions as to which files my developer will need to replace or change in order to get the finished product. I will also need a video of how to get this project fully developed from scratch on a windows virtual machine ( install python , etc etc.) Your code submission will be reviewed by my developer in order to ensure security. Please submit ONLY the files with which you changed yourself, and not any LIBRARIES. If you need to use library files, it is okay, but you instruct us how to download those libraries from secure sites.
