I have 2 identical application coded using VS 2012 in C++ using Win32 API and MFC. i need following things done. 1. Move part of codes from one app to other app and make it functional. 2. Add Realtime Log File watch monitor feature. 3. Add some new Data Analysis Rules to existing Rules. 4. Add new Set of Rules. Will provide source-codes for both existing apps and will provide specs for changes and new features. Must be expert in C++ , The existing App is multithreaded and any new features should work on multithreads.

Hello, I have done nothign but VIsual C++, since 1992. I teach C++ to engineers world-wide, and specialise in Win 32 API, MFC, and all WIndows APIS since Windows NT.(up to Windows 8.1 and Win 10) Was head-hunted by MS< 3 times, and one of those instances was to work on their Visual C++ Tools team. Will confirm time and cost, once I can take a look at the code, evaluate your requirements(against the current code), and estimate rough number of man-day(s) this is likely to take.
