Excel Programming

I need some automation programming done thru excel; What this software will accomplish is stop me from having to update the date and time for each automated post we schedule. Here is what I need it to do. Prompt User for Date Range: Beginning and Ending Prompt User for Number of Post Per Day: 4 Prompt User for Time to Post1: Prompt User for Time to Post2: Prompt User for Time to Post3: Prompt User for Time to Post4: if null skip Prompt User for Time to Post5: if null skip Fill in the column time/date automatically. For example: Prompt User for Date Range: 06/14/2016 to 06/16/2016 Prompt User for Number of Post Per Day: 4 Prompt User for Time to Post1: 09:00:00 Prompt User for Time to Post2: 14:00:00 Prompt User for Time to Post3: 19:00:00 Prompt User for Time to Post4: 23:00:00 then it will simply insert the date in the first column like this; 6/14/2016 9:00:00 6/14/2016 14:00:00 6/14/2016 19:00:00 6/14/2016 23:00:00 6/15/2016 9:00:00 6/15/2016 14:00:00 6/15/2016 19:00:00 6/15/2016 23:00:00 I also uploaded an existing worksheet we have used in the past for example.
