Apache Lucene and Elastic search for a interesting big site

Hi, I am looking for an expert in Apache Lucene and Elastic search. We are building a new platform, a very interesting concept in .Net MVC. Site developement is almost completed, but we want to improve the speed and performance of the site using Apache Lucene and Elastic search.
