Write a Draft Statement of Work / Project Charter

Objective: To produce a Statement of Work / Project Charter that can be used to support a formal project submission. Deliverable and Expectations of this project: • Produce a Statement of Work / Project Charter Report based on the information provided in the outline Business Case and Sample Statement of Work document • Each section to be completed unless agreed with me first • Project to be completed within 5 working days (Monday - Friday AEST) of bid being accepted. Assumptions and Constraints: • Where more information is required this is requested. • Sample SOW from similar project will be provided. • An outline of the Scope and Deliverables will be provided. • An outline Business Case will be provided. • Where information cannot be provided then base information and structure maybe taken from the provided Business Case & sample SOW • The document will be not be considered complete until it has been proofed and contains fewer than a 1% errors. • Document to be provided in Microsoft Word 2007 or above format. • All information provided is provided in confidence and not for distribution with out my prior written permission. • All information supplied as part of the report is created for the sole purpose of me and is not for distribution without my prior permission.
