Software Needed: Process Scanner & Screen caps

I need software that users will download from our site and install on their individual computers. The software UI will consist only of a login field that will be linked to the login information stored on our site's MySQL database. The only user input will be a "Start" button that begins the programs functions, and a "Stop" button that ceases the program's functions. This software will periodically scan the user's processes and take screen caps of the user's screen. These scans will be logged and saved locally to the user's machine in the same directory of the program installation, as well as send these same logs to a private database of ours. The screen caps will also be saved locally in the same manner as the logs and sent to the same private database on our end as well. Any design/UI can be provided as needed. The program will be used on our site as a means to deter cheating from our users in online games and will be an optional download. I thought I would add this as the description of the software may look a bit "shady" or invading of privacy.
