Fix code highliting bug in Editor

My open source code editor has some issues with code highlighting... at some point it stops recognizing comments. The Editor is based on scintilla and the bug is in the lexer file itself... so a pretty small piece of code even though the whole editor is a bigger solution. Additionally I need another change, that a required external module get's called from a subfolder instead of the exe folder. The Project comes a a VS2012 solution, currently set to compile under toolset v110_XP. For such small projects I'm not doing milestone payments. Payment will be done upon completition.
