Live interpretation/translation to/from English and Chinese

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone who could do live interpretation/translation from/to Chinese and English on an audio or video call from the US and a person in China. I am a therapist here in the US who has a client I'm working with remotely in China. To date we have been emailing each other back and forth, using Google Translate to communicate. It would be better for us at times, in order to go more into detail in a shorter amount of time, to be able to do this. They have a use WeChat there in China, but I myself have been unable register as a user here in the US for unknown technical reasons, so one of the requirements would be to help me get onboard an app or platform that would allow me to take part.

If this is something you could help me with, I would very much appreciate it and your time.
