Hi, I went through your video and website, the video is more than 5 mins , which is too long to view. It is better to limit it in 2-3mins for each video. That means, you could design your tutorial video based on tasks, but break each bigger task to several functions. Each function is a unit , which can not be break further. As a user, they search what they want to know on tasks, but they focus on things which they do not know how to get it done. I am a technical writer in China, working for a IT company. Authoring and translating are my main tasks, sometimes I capture screenshot with camrashia software trial version. If I could get this task, not sure if you have some professional software I could use? And I prefer to be your technical writer in long term, long term cooperation would benefit to both of us, with time going, I understand your software better , and you will know me well.
