Shopify - Add form to product pages + a few other things

Hello, I have a shopify site selling wholesale goods. If you do not have experience with Shopify, please do not bid on this project. Here is the list of things we need done 1. Product Page Changes - Content lock - price drop-down and price quote to be replaced with text and a link when user is not logged in. - Show a price quote form instead under price drop-down. Form will have 4 fields. - If out-of-stock, hide price-drop down and only display the price quote 2. Log-in Page We need to merge the log-in page and the create an account page. Two column layout, login on left, register on right. 3. Catalog Page hide out of stock message. --- None of these items should take more than 20 minutes. This gig should not take more than 2 hours to do completely. I have had a lot of 'fake' and spam bidders, so answer this question or I will flag you as a spammer: What is your favorite thing to do in Spring? Show me a Shopify site you have developed.
