We required following small scripts for windows (VB Script or power shell etc) OS : Windows 10 We dont want to create task scheduler manually optionally if it can send email using smtp authentication at start of each script (Step 1 to step 4) and at start and end of step 5 [ComputerId] must be read from textfile ** Start Script Step 1: Optional : Send email - Subject : [ComputerId] - Running Step 1 check for windows update and install all updates (including optional) enable restart script which should run after 90 mins (task scheduler) ** restart script (task scheduler) - Step 2 Optional : Send email - Subject : [ComputerId] - Running Step 2 disable itself or delete itself shutdown all vms (vm workstation - we already have this script) wait till all vms close enable windows update check 2 script (task scheduler) restart the computer ** windows update check 2 script (task scheduler) - Step 3 Optional : Send email - Subject : [ComputerId] - Running Step 3 run on login run all vms (vm workstation - we already have this script) disable itself or delete itself check for all windows update again - if any update is missing then install them enable restart script 2 which should run after 90 mins (task scheduler) ** enable restart script 3 (task scheduler) - Step 4 Optional : Send email - Subject : [ComputerId] - Running Step 4 disable itself or delete itself shutdown all vms (vm workstation - we already have this script) wait till all vms close enable disable windows update for maximum period script (task scheduler) restart the computer ** enable disable windows update for maximum period script (task scheduler) - Step 5 Optional : Send email - Subject : [ComputerId] - Running Step 5 run on login disable itself or delete itself run all vms (vm workstation - we already have this script) Optional : Send email - Subject : [ComputerId] - Completed Step 5
