Simple changes to website and blog

I have a website and a blog and I need some minor changes made to both that I cannot do myself. Examples of changes: 1. Bring the page up, leaving just a small space. 2. Make blue background go the entire background, not just form a border. 3. Red headline should be sized 18. 5. Include Alt Tag for video: "Yournetbiz: making money online with attraction marketing formula strategies like no other; any mlm home business or mlm opportunity will benefit from these wealth creation principles." 6. Opt-in Box: shrink it, make it look more like [login to view URL] (with red border and gray background). When you shrink it, it is OK to shrink some of the fonts (like with the example), but not what is in red. In fact, "Crack the code" should be in larger font to stand out from the rest. 7. Add another copy of opt-in box to the right of the video. Make sure they are symmetrically balanced; make video box bigger if necessary and possible. 8. Clean up the HTML code (I experimented with it a bit, please make sure I did not mess up something important). 9. Any SEO suggestions are welcome. 10. Make the page 750px wide. 11. Include Link to my blog at the very bottom (after "copyright...") with anchor text YourNetBiz Attraction Marketing Cafe blog Similar list for blog. Requirements: full grasp of SEO is a must; knowledge of Thesis blog themes is preferable.
