German SEO job for .de site

Background: We have three main keyword phrases (each phrase is also three words). All are very related, with many words the same. In addition, we have about 25 semi-important sub keywords (phrases of 2-5 words each) Since the phrases are quite specific, they are not very competitive and should be fairly easy to SEO. Our product is in a very niche area (full details to winner). The site you will work on, is our .de domain that is in German language. Goal: Bring as many of these as possible to top 3 rank in Google for our German .de site ([login to view URL], German speaking, for German visitors) using organic SEO. Work Description: Build links using WHITE HAT SEO methods ONLY. All links must be from related high quality .de sites ONLY. No link spamming, no link farms, no payment sites, no use of automatic software, no links from bad sites (torrents, porn, file sharing, gambling etc) This is a serious business now expanding with sales in Germany, so and if you are serious with your SEO work, you already know about SEO DO and DONT, so I let’s not waste more time writing about it. Time This may take a while part time work during a longer period, even if I expect to see some results after one month. We expect you to spend at least 20 hours/week on this during the first weeks, and after that at least 10-15 hours/week for some months. Reporting: Weekly reports containing SERP ranking and what you are currently working on. List of links etc. Payment: Please quote your price preferably related to how many of the words you get to top 3 or top 7. I’m only willing to pay for phrases that gets to top 7 and more on the ones that gets to top3. Especially the important phrases. Requirements on You: SEO expert, speaking fluent German. Preferable native German. Working alone as a freelancer. No consulting firms with employed staff accepted. We want to build a long term relationship with a hard working German speaking SEO expert. If you are the right person, this will likely mature to a long term role managing our day to day German SEO strategy on part time. Think of this as a trial project. Quality, skills and experience is more important than price, so the job will most likely not go to the lowest bidder.
