265581 Pay for results keywords

I have a website that is about 8 years old which has a little bit of search engine visibility on more obscure key word phrases. I am looking to target 7 competitive keywords/phrases ONLY at this time. I am willing to pay for results only. As such, I will only consider bids with a flat dollar amount for achieving Google top 20 or top 10 results. Since I am aware it will take months to achieve results, I am willing to pay a small amount as a deposit(paid thru escrow) after the initial optimization is complete to help the programmer cover basic expenses. After that, I will maintain funds on the escrow account and only release as results for targeted keywords are achieved. After results are achieved I will negotiate an ongoing maintenance fee to be paid to programmer to maintain positions.
