MicroNovelty is a product brand of CheeringTech. This brand is focusing on developing and promoting micro innovations. We collect ideas, prototype and products from makers and small companies. Then, after some improvement while targeting US/European market, we will do promotion and marketing with a uniform brand: MicroNovelty. In this mode, the makers and small companies don’t have to hire oversea marketing team, so they can focus on developing and researching. For our company, we can build a brand and operate the products with a professional team.

-Suggested Reporting and working time:

* 4 hrs. per day is prefered（or 2.5 days equal to 20hrs a week）is must on the job including 30min. reporting per working day.

* Meetings can be scheduled ahead with the Chinese team.

* One written report on the work progress is necessary by mail per week

-The estimated number of projects to be promoted to the media.

* The products pending on launch in 3-6months: 4 interesting projects

* The expected number of reports made is around 15 based on the past success
