Commission-Based Roblox Developer and Strategist

I'm searching for a Roblox developer with a knack for strategy, business development, and management. This job will be commission-based, promising 33% of game profits. Your project management skills, coupled with proficiency in scripting, building and designing inside the Roblox platform, will be put to good use. I work with an IP library based in Los Angeles that controls hundreds of titles (movies, books, toys) and we are beginning to develop Roblox games based on some of our titles. We are looking for a Roblox strategist who can spearhead the development of our first game by either designing & programming or assembling a team to design & program. We have marketing partners for the release of the games and significant influencers to promote each of the titles. We are looking for light-weight options in order to test viability of various titles in the Roblox marketplace. The initial game should be based on a template and the initial game should not be over-developed. Your main roles and responsibilities will include: - Strategic planning for the project: Outline what steps need to be taken to ensure this game's success at various phases of its life cycle. - Business model development: Together we will create a solid, sustainable business model around the game. - Team Management: You'll be expected to lead a team, ensuring everyone's working cohesively towards our common goal. We will be developing a Tower Defense Game, so experience in this genre is a bonus.
