Systematic review for real-world PTSD diagnosis accuracy - Psychiatry/psychology

I need a comprehensive lit search & review on real-world diagnostic accuracy for PTSD in primary and mental health care settings so it is repeatable (search terms, date ranges, databases, and hit list for all publications, etc.). In real-world clinic settings for both primary healthcare and mental healthcare, standard tools for PTSD diagnosis such as Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Health Disorders (DSM) criteria, CAPS-5, and other structured clinical interview tools are not used. Though there are publications on the validity of these tools to diagnose PTSD, they are not representative of real-world diagnosis accuracy as these publications ignore facts that these tools are not typically used and a majority of PTSD is missed or mis-diagnosed. Final output is a tabular summary of included articles along with the criteria and hit list mentioned above. PTSD real-world accuracy in publications would typically show up as the missed or mis-diagnosis rate in standard practice in primary, secondary, or tertiary care settings - e.g., a study would enroll patients and do a structured clinical interview based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Health Disorders (DSM) on all patients to establish a true diagnosis. The study would then look at medical records of patients, find how many have PTSD, then compare that against the true diagnosis taken from the clinical interview. We should exclude studies that dont use a validated diagnostic method for diagnosis confirmation (e.g., using a screening tool like PCL or non-DSM based tool) and studies that test the accuracy of specific diagnostic tools (since those are done with trained raters not found in real world).
