I require the creation of a buyout model for the divestment of 2 entities between 3 shareholders. Keys: - All shareholders are equal in both business entities - Require valuation of both business, (can provide current valuation of land and building to proforma balance sheets) - Goal is to split business's with 1 shareholder retaining the trading entity and other 2 the asset holding entity. - Require an impartial analysis and model to step through with group. Can provide: - 4 years of Financials - Recent valations - Contract of sale on new acquisitions (post 2017 financials) Business are not public and information will require a CA signed by freelancer.
