REPOST-Graphics for Multiples like T-Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Hoodies, Vinyl Stickers, etc.

I am looking to explore "partnerships" with Graphic Design Artists, Digital Art/Graphics, and similar. I am thinking, that for sake of "volume" production, perhaps 5-10 (or more) partnerships need to be developed. Proof of Concept REQUIRED - I need to be shown that Candidates can actually create the artwork as designated, requested, and required, in order to build rapport, trust and relationship between us. I will develop a COMMON SAMPLE GRAPHIC (hopefully with samples), and request for consideration, a sample/example/mock up of your solution and deliverable. Most all deliverables, will be coordinated in the favor of SINGLE/ONE Colors (some will have 2+ colors, but 90-95% will only be SINGLE COLORS - like: White, Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Etc.) Primary Themes Involve the following, surrounding Hawaii (USA 50th State) Hawaiian 808 Area Code Hawaiian Islands Hawaiian Words Hawaiian Cities Hawaiian Graphics (waves, North Shore, etc.) Hawaiian Contents Hawaiian Flag Hawaiian King Kamehameha Hawaiian Icons, Markers, Landmarks Hawaiian GeoTag Coordinates Hawaiian Slang (words) Hawaiian Instruments (from music to warrior) Hawaiian Flowers Hawaiian Animals/Fish/Birds/Turtles Hawaiian Tribal Art Hawaiian Surfboards Hawaiian Palm Trees Hawaiian Licence Plates Hawaiian Turtles Hawaiian Masks/Warrior Gear Hawaiian Sunsets And many, many, many more... In fact, my hope and expectations are - that "candidates" will take samples provided and create most of the artwork on their own - creativity required!
