Hi there
I am a business analyst that has been working closely with software development teams (in some instances, managing them) since 2003. I have recently started freelancing, which has included research for AskWonder.com. I would love to have the opportunity to participate in your test. My answers to your screening questions are as follows:
1. With SAAS offerings, customers do not require servers to host the software, or expertise in installing or maintaining the software. SAAS products are easily accessible via the web, thus reducing hassles relating to user on-boarding and remote access. SAAS models are usually pay-as-you-go, and include regular software updates to keep up to date with emerging technology and standards.
2. I have performed research successfully on the following topics relating to tech trends, for AskWonder (these articles go through a strict approval process including final approval by the requesting client):
- What are current trends in UX design for e-commerce sites?
- Among business travellers and millennials, how could a rental car company's app hope to win marketshare away from its competitors and Uber?
- How do CMOs and CIOs move through the purchase decision process when evaluating IT business services?
In addition, you can view samples of my documents (which are all technical in nature) at the following link: [login to view URL]
I look forward to hearing from you.
