I use lumion 8 pro for the renders which is one of the best right now. So i can give you the best result for your project.

I only use the best programs to model; I use the latest version of Solidworks to model and KeyShot to animate. Your houses will not look as real as if I were to render them. Believe me, renders of buildings wtih KeyShot are impressive. Visit KeyShot's website to see what I mean.
