Adding ReactJS code to a template

I have purchased a premium ReactJS dashboard template from CreativeTim and would like some coding to extend it into a working system. I am looking for an experienced ReactJS programmer to write some code for this template to extend its functionality - it is, after all, just a template. For example, the template has a "Login" button and basic form for username and password, but no action associated with the Login button. When you click the Login button nothing happens, because of course its just a template with no backend and no event handlers in the UI. Continuing with the Login page, I would be also be looking for SSO login with Google, Facebook, twitter etc which again buttons exist but no event handlers wired up. Login is just one example. Others include registering to create a new account, editing a user profile, uploading a photo to the user profile and so on. I have a full list of other requirements that I can provide to the shortlisted candidates that we would work through together, hence an hourly rate is preferred instead of a fixed price contract. The template is available to view here - [login to view URL] There is no back-end at all so it will be up to you to code the API's and basic database. I have no particular preference for back-end language, except to say the following: 1. Must be serverless cloud infrastructure, i.e. AWS, Google cloud or Azure App Service. I do not want virtual servers. 2. Everything API + JSON using true REST - i.e. post, patch, etc. 3. Relational database preferred (highly structured queries in phase 2 of the project and not likely to be massive hence I doubt if NOSQL is required at this stage). The objective of this project is to find a great person to work with that I can adapt this template into a working system. As such the successful candidate will need excellent English and communication skills. Phase two will be adding in the application logic, i.e. what the system actually does. For now - phase one - I am looking for the "shell" of the application with the basics, like creating an account, logging in, updating my user profile and those sorts of things. Later on we will get the application to actually do something so therefore the "home" page will be a dummy JSON rendered as Cards. Please respond with previous experience in ReactJS and also suggested back-end configurations.
