(TUTOR) Need Help understanding and running through some programs for Deep Learning with Python.

Hey all, I'm having some issues following allowing academic papers and writing some programs due to my lack of understanding of deep learning concepts. I have taken a course called Deep Learning A-Z and it has given me a rather strong foundation in deep Learning yet it seems I am still unable to grasp certain concepts. My mathematical abilities are quite poor (currently working on them) but for the the things am currently studying I've been told time and time again that I did not need to have a strong background in either math nor algebra for the absolute foundations of what I am studying. So in short I'd like a tutor for a few hours to explain and walk through the following concepts. Logistic Regression as a Neural Network. (I have 4 video each 5-10 minutes long that I would like to walk through with the tutor, will send before hand) Q Learning (not to be confused with Deep Q Learning ).
