Build a web app to create, issue and verify blockchain-based certificates for academic credentials (badges and certificates) in a digital format. We will work with standars already created for that purpose like Open Badeges and Blockcerts. The project is only the build of the web app, where the University can - Create a Certificate with cert-tool with a pretty editor - Sign and Issue a Certificate with cert-issuer - View and verify a certificate with cert-viewer and cert-verifier We will use these technologies: - Docker - Python - Flask - JQuery - Bootstrap - HTML - AWS Amazon Will need freelancer to create UX/UI design as well We would like to have that developed by Dec 15th We will use the standar Blockcerts: [login to view URL] There is a Quickstart were you can find all the process to build this web app in simple steps: [login to view URL] There are several similar softwares: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]

Nosotros tenemos bastante experiencia tanto con blockchain como con web apps así que estoy seguro que podemos lograr muy buenos resultados. Respecto a las tecnologías que mencionas, me llama la atención que las tecnologías de frontend son un poco antigüas. Nosotros normalmente trabajamos el front con React.js, es algo a lo que estarían abiertos? Sería buenísimo poder sentarnos y charlar un rato para entender un poco mejor lo que quieren lograr y que uds nos conozcan a nosotros. Saludos

I don't see any technical hurdles or issues delivering this project but my main concern is your selected budget range on Freelancer website, which is very low as compare to the scope of work, so would you be flexible in your budget?
