Algorand Algomart environment setup FED+BED and smart contract creation

Looking for an experienced developer for a ~1 month project, with possibility to extend based on quality/efficiency of initial MVP project/go live. You will work with a duo of design + dev experts for this project. This contract includes multiple sub-projects post MVP for rolling out future feature requirements. Must be experienced with Python, Algorand and blockchain. Full specifications will be provided following vetting - we see this as a two-way street (please vet us as much as we vet you). Required Experience: Experience setting up an algorand algomart web and cms instance Python experience necessary Ability to customise algomart to specification Experience in providing solution architecture recommendations GIT API data ingestion (multiple sources) Blockchain (Ethereum network) Metamask Bonus experience (not mandatory): ReactJS experience is a plus but not mandatory UI Design not needed - existing ReactJS screens with custom requirements provided as flat lay figma files Solidity - Knowledge of Smart Contracts for keeping gas fees to a minimum Discord integration Snapshot integration To be a best fit for this project you need: Solution oriented - if there is a better way to do something than what I am asking for let me know Frequent update communications regardless of whether they're positive or negative Willingness to sign an NDA
