psd to html conversion

Need a couple of pages (home page and interior page) coded in html. Not looking for you to just slice up a psd and give me a massive table. I am looking for someone who actually knows what they are doing, who can give me a lightweight page structure based on css and xhtml. Please isolate the header and footer sections so I can use them as included files. You'll notice that the home page has an image slider and a drop down menu. If you have the skills to make these work, please add that to your quote. The drop down menu must be seo friendly (not javascript based).
