PSD to HTML Page

This if a confidential design. Coder must never show this website, or steal the design for future projects. What I need: 1 ) I have a psd I designed, It's 1 psd. 2) Need it delivered today! 3) I need it to work on mobile devices (shrink). 4) It needs to be in HTMl5. 5) It needs to have animation for the text to fly in; I want it to look decent. 6) When the person enters their email address it needs to erase the "enter email address" and it should show theirs, on rollover the "get notified" should show a different color of blue, once selected it needs to direct to my mail chimp account so they have to verify their email address. I don't know how to do this. 7) Share this links at the bottom needs to work. 8) I know you can use the same text I have using some type of script; my current coder does it currently on wordpress. 9) "have more questions" at the bottom, on click I need it to just pop up (where they can enter their name, email, phone, and message" which will be sent to my email. 10) My logo needs to stay the same, that can be image based. 11) There may be 1-3 background images that transition out. $30.00 ; not a penny more. This is a trial; if you do good on this, I have the full project.
