I have read your ad description, but I'm afraid that it is literally impossible to place a $5 bid on this project. Freelancer.com charges a minimum of $5 commission on each project that a freelancer bids on, so even if somebody put down the minimum possible bid of $1 then that would appear as $6 on the bidding page. So the person doing the work for you would earn only $1 for their work, which is nobody is going to be prepared to do. I'm just trying to explain why you aren't getting anyone bidding $5 like you asked for. However, if you genuinely want this job done to a high standard then I would be extremely happy to do it for you. My bid is much higher than $5 but, as I said above, I'm afraid that it is quite literally impossible to do it for $5.
