I'm looking for an expert in food product development and analysis, particularly in the snack and beverage category. The main objective of this project is to develop the recipes, explain it to the team and analyze the nutritional content of a specific recipe. It's vital that the snack and beverage maintains its key characteristics - it should be savory and crunchy, with an emphasis on excellent taste and palatability. Ideal candidate would have: - Proven experience in food product development and nutritional analysis - Extensive knowledge of recipe development - Keen understanding of taste profiles and textures - Moderate degree of accuracy in nutritional content analysis.
