Write some Software

Hello, I'm in need of a developer to help code an application which will be able to take a set of keywords and a location and code this into a plugin or piece of software which will edit the metadata on the photos, i.e. Title, Subject, Rating, Tags, Comments, Author, etc. Ideally, any existing meta data would be overwritten by these new inputs. I'd like to be able to take a batch of photos and a list of keywords + locations and be able to edit the metadata for this image set all at once.
