Write an Android application

Need an android app with front-end like this [login to view URL] and functionality as below ***** Shop Keeper side(same as Admin side) ****** -Shop keeper registration with all details(his name, shop name, addr, contact, Notes, etc) -Shop is assigned to particular additional areas(called service areas) -Can add newly arrived items in shop -Cannot delete but hide unavailable items -Structure of the store(=how to add items?) - Item Type - Category Name - Brand Name - Size (10g,50g,100g, 250g, 500g, 1kg,2kg,3kg,4kg,5kg,10kg) - Price of item - Offer (example: Buy 1 get 1 free) ***** Customer Side ***** - Customer registration(his name, shop name, addr, contact, Notes, etc) - Choose any Shop(those shops giving services in this customer area) - <<<< Kirana app item selection process >>>>> - Summary of order/edit order - Submit order to Shop keeper - Email is sent to Shopkeeper + Customer + me - Shop keeper can accept or reject the order with reason for same via auto email. Kindly provide me the cost and time to complete this app. My budget is not high. [ HINT: Developer can use Shop APKs and do the changes. No need to code the shop apk from scratch]
