Wordpress booking tool for individual travel

For the website of our start-up we need a booking tool to sell our travel services. The customer has the opportunity to put together his journey from different building blocks, which include activities that can be booked from one to four months. The customer can choose from four different countries. As many packages as possible should be put together for a maximum of one year (eg: Package 1 for 2 months, Package 4 for 1 month, Package 3 for 2 months and again Package 4 for 2 months). The packages are to be deposited with a price, which calculates a total price. Different packages can not be booked consecutively, also the tool should know, because some countries have visa restrictions of 3 months and after 3 months you have to travel to another country and can only choose this one. If the trip was put together, it should be able to be booked with a purchase on account. A payment system should not exist. The rest of the website is currently being ordered with a theme in which various tools can be added as desired. The design should be customizable and will be adapted to the rest of the site following the creation by our designers. The tool should be finished by 26.2, earlier would be better, but we are flexible. I am looking forward to your offers
