Web page to speed up loading and adding some php functions on my script

I own a subtitle translation webstie and I need the following to upgrade this website: 1. First of all, I need this page to speed up loading (it takes 18 seconds or more for the page to fully load) : [login to view URL] it is because database , need some fetching page or something to speed up this. 2. on this page [login to view URL] instead of "latest subtitles" to display the same subtitles as the selected subtitle on that page but in other languages ​​if subtitles exist any in the database if doesnt exist to show latest subtitles. Also we will need under the box "Latest subtitles" to be some box with text link called "Search for more subtitles..." and when that text link is clicked that the visitor redirects to the page [login to view URL] to search for subtitles for the rows in the box called "Latest subtitles" instead of 4 rows to be 5 rows . Ability to place a button on the page where the subtitle is and that the user can click on that button and that its subtitle from the web page on which it is placed is automatically loaded on the [login to view URL] page so that the user can further translate that subtitle into the desired language.
