Web App for affiliate Integration

Hi I own an eCommerce store and receive orders from an online affiliate platform. Currently, clients place an order online on this affiliate platform and we receive an email telling us about the order, which we then manually add to our Opencart 3.0.2.0 store. I require this order system to be integrated into my website thus automating the order process from them, probably via a webservice, ftp integration. They have an xml feed and ftp location which we can connect to, allowing us to interact with the order process they have. We can then automatically take the orders from this ftp, add it to our site notify them that we have accepted it, then they are notified once the order is despatched via our online warehouse integration. We will also require a cron job set up to upload our feed to their site on a regular basis Not sure if this is possible, but would be interested to hear from any programmers that this may sound simple to!
