simple php form (switches on form field)

I have a simple HTML form that goes to one email address. There are several fields in this form one of which is the "state" that user is from. Depending on which "state" the user selects would depend on where the form is submitted to. For example. If the user is from TX I want the entire form email to goto tx at example dot com. . If the user selects ny I want the entire form to be emailed to: ny at example dot com. (This site doesn't let you use real email in the posts so I had to write them out phonetically). There are a couple states that don't have assigned emails so there should be a default email [login to view URL] states aren't assigned to any emails. Also the user should see a confirmation page saying - thanks for sending the form. It's a really basic project I need this turned around by end of day on 12/9/04 (5pm EST).
