Sales Report Website with user Login and charts

I need to be able to: - Private Site that can only be accessed by Password - Create Users - Import Spreadsheets that data will link to each user (look at example attached) I need someone who can edit the dashboard so the dashboard: 1. Notice Board - Like a revolution slider with different announcements on that can be edited. 2. Overall Company Performance 3. User Performance against target 4. Milestone performance (% Completed) 5. Blog post / Notices 6. General Stats (Number of Deals, New Clients) (I will happily design the layout for you and give clear instructions.) Users Page: 1. Sales Performance Stats (Deal Value against Target, Number of Deals) - All need to be represented in charts. 2. Projects (% Completed: Needs two slider bars, one updated by manager and one by user) 3. Area to post an article that can't be edited User only group admin. Comments below can be updated. Announcements page: 1. A blog post set up. The key piece of the project is that a spreadsheet can be built that can link data to each user. DO NOT TAKE THIS PROJECT ON IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS. You can use the Admin Template suggested or any of the other good admin templates on Theme Forest.
