Run ElectronJS on a Yocto Layer sitting on top of an embeeded touch panel

Hello, Please see "desktop and web softwares" section on my freelancer.com portfolio. I am using electron for a long time and i have a lot of experience on it. Including embedded linux applications and serial communications. I didnt hear Yocto layer before. If nodejs can be installed on that system, then electron would work too.
