Restructure Current Theme Home Page and Add Few New Features In Our Magento Website

Hi, Our Online store is based in magento. We are using a theme which we are happy with but want to change the front end or home page structure. We want our homepage to have display our products brand wise in a slider On top of each silder there should be brand name or logo and below slider should contain products from that particular brand. Slider should be dynamic , while adding the product there should be a field on the first tab in magento where we can add Products to that slider. It can be done by making a new attribute field, so each brand and slider should contain products which we want to display on main page. Slider should be two rows and contains feature of UP/DOWN for scrolling more products. It should be responsive . Important Note: We only want good front end developer who understands magento very well and that person should be freelancer , no company or no outsourcing to other people.
