Hi there, I don't know this site you linked but I know Binance site and API I could develop a Windows based .NET app which can check price/volumes regularly on Binance and make any notification when condition met. Notification can be through a private Telegram Bot so you can get them on your mobile as well. I prefer fixed price project so no surprise price for you.
