Recruitment algorithm development

General information for the website: Recruitment Site Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of requirements/features: Hello I'm basically looking for someone who can help design and implement a selection algorithm system for a recruitment website. I want something that automates the candidate sourcing and selection processes using algorithms. The idea is that the selection algorithm will be able to select the best candidates for jobs based on various variables (questions). I want something similar to that of internavenue or whitetruffle. The two companies have different styles and algorithm systems but both achieve the same goal. I am flexible and would like suggestions as i do not know much about how the process actually works therefore i would like someone who has some knowledge on selection algorithms. I have bought the jobengine jobboard wordpress theme ( [login to view URL] ) and will be using this for the website. I would like the algorithm to be implemented into the jobengine theme. Extra notes: The technology has to automate the candidate sourcing and selection process using unique algorithms and selection process. You have to have some HR Knowledge to be able to formulate the appropriate questions.
